Note on missing data: On March 26, 2021, the U.S. Department of Education waived federal accountability requirements and granted flexibility in administering assessments due to COVID-19. The results displayed within this report card should not be compared to those of other years due to the testing limitations as a result of the pandemic. In addition, these results may be incomplete and may not be representative of the make-up of the State, district, or school population.

An elementary or middle school could exit CSI status upon achieving either of the following:
1. A final summative score on weighted point index that is above the bottom five percent of Title I schools and a growth rating of "Good"; or
2. The identified subgroup(s) performance moves above the performance of ALL students in the highest performing Title I CSI school in achievement, preparing for success, and student engagement and a growth rating of "Good."

A high school could exit CSI status upon meeting any of following options:
1. A final summative score on weighted point index that is above the bottom five percent of Title I schools and non-Title I schools and a three percent increase in the school's average number of points earned in the college and career readiness indicator; or
2. A graduation rate that is 70 percent or higher; and a three percent increase in the school's average number of points earned in the college and career readiness indicator; or
3. The identified subgroup(s) performance moves above the performance of ALL students in the highest performing Title I CSI school in achievement, growth, preparing for success, graduation rate, college and career readiness, and positive and effective learning environment and increase by three percent in the school's average number of points earned in the college and career readiness indicator.

Exit Criteria TSI

ESSA does not require exit criteria to be set for TSI schools. Instead, it allows districts to set the exit criteria for TSI schools and suggests that the criteria for support and improvement be informed by all indicators of the accountability system, including student performance against the state's long term goals.
