Crescent High School is committed to preparing, equipping, and inspiring students to become productive, responsible, and passionate citizens. Backed by the leadership and support of the Anderson School District 3 Board of Trustees and District Office Administration, Crescent continues to offer premier learning experiences that align with the Profile of the South Carolina Graduate. Our goal is for every student to graduate college- and/or career-ready, and we offer rigorous academic, career, and technical programs tailored to student strengths and community needs.
In the 2019–20 school year, the opening of the Anderson Institute of Technology expanded access to 18 Career and Technical Education (CATE) programs for our students—enhancing the four already housed on our own campus. Since 2020–21, we have broadened our Advanced Placement (AP) curriculum to include AP English Language, AP Environmental Science, AP Drawing, AP 2-D Art and Design, AP 3-D Art and Design, and AP European History.
Crescent also continues strong partnerships with Tri-County Technical College, Anderson University, and Clemson University, providing a wide range of dual enrollment opportunities both on and off campus.
The Class of 2025 exemplifies our commitment to excellence, with 199 graduates, including 129 LIFE Scholarship recipients, 13 Honor graduates, 21 High Honor graduates, and 9 Palmetto Fellows.
Each year, our dedicated faculty and staff work tirelessly to cultivate an environment where students thrive. We are especially proud of the intentional planning, high-quality instruction, and meaningful assessments that contributed to outstanding performance in our 2024–2025 Graduation Rate, College- and Career-Readiness Rate, and End-of-Course Examination Program (EOCEP) results.
Our students’ achievements extend beyond the classroom to athletics and co-curricular activities, further supported by a community that stands behind them. We are grateful for the unwavering commitment of our stakeholders and proud of the well-rounded success of our students.
The future is bright at Crescent High School—and the tradition of excellence continues. Go Tigers!
