North Augusta High School is helping all students develop the world class skills and life and career characteristics of the profile of the South Carolina graduate by graduating students with the competence to contribute substantially to the world in which we live and to become effective lifelong learners and responsible citizens. To this end, North Augusta High School promotes the development of the skills, knowledge and personal qualities that characterize a well-educated person. Stakeholders have worked together to provide students with rigorous academic and diverse co-curricular programming, preparing students to move forward to post-secondary education. The 2023-2024 school year reflected this purpose through the continuation of academic excellence and student support systems.
North Augusta High School continues to implement an advanced placement academy. This program’s success is due to the continued efforts of the North Augusta High School faculty, students, and parents. Classroom interventions and program interventions such as the freshman academy continue to be an area of focus and have proved to be extremely successful in student achievement.
One of the most exciting plans for change at North Augusta High School is the design of additional support facilities for athletics in the fifth phase of construction of of our new high school facility. Under the banner of our shared mantra “Excellence in Academics, Excellence in the Arts, Excellence in Athletics,” we desire to continue our efforts to create a true community school that serves the needs of all of our stakeholders.
