Discussions around our strategic direction take place during annual strategic planning, federal program planning, and throughout the implementation of district initiatives. School and district leaders engage in collaborative activities that document and showcase specific initiatives and student accomplishments tied to the 13 characteristics of our Profile of a Griffin Graduate. This reflective process highlights and celebrates the measurable impact of our efforts on student growth.
