Walhalla High School continued the long tradition of success in both the arts and athletics throughout the 2022-2023 school year. The Razorback athletic programs supported our students both on and off the field with 9 graduates signing with colleges and/or universities to continue their education as student athletes and 40 of our student athletes earning all region honors. The Pride of Walhalla Marching Band was recognized by the South Carolina Band Directors Association for the second year in a row with an Outstanding Performance Award, earned through their success in marching band championships, Region and All-State Band, concert performance assessment, and Solo and Ensemble. Walhalla High School was selected as South Carolina's Green Steps Overall School of the Year for the 2021-22 school year and continues to work tirelessly to develop and implement projects in the categories of conservation, protection, and restoration.
