As a Leader in Me School, we focus on buildiing our scholars as leaders through the use of The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. The skills and characteristics we emphasize through this process are Habit 1: Be Proactive, Habit 2: Begin With the End in Mind, Habit 3: Put First Things First, Habit 4: Think Win-Win, Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood, Habit 6: Synergize, Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw. We also employ Habit 8: Find Your Voice and Inspire Others to Find Theirs. When applied appropriately, these habits and skills learned will help to ensure our scholars’ success now and throughout their lives. We are a community of leaders who value relationships, recognize worth and potential and strive for effectiveness in all we do.
